About CTCC Programs
Care and Treatment Programs (formerly known as Section 23) are programs funded by General Legislation Grants . Each program is listed in a tab above. The programs are community partnerships between education and a community organization to provide a balance of school and therapy to youth that were struggling with traditional school. The ultimate goal, for all participants is to improve the client's mental health and reintegrate them back to a more traditional school setting.
Who is accepted to the programs? Because these programs are funded provincially, participants are students from the Public and Catholic boards as well as provincially. Intakes are done by the therapeutic agency paired with the education program.
